The Havell Model
Resting signature — five bands, one field
Math is a subject. Physics is a subject. Geometry is usually treated as a tool the other two borrow when they need it — never the subject itself. I think that's backwards. Geometry has its own physics, and almost nobody studies it directly.
Look closely and the same pattern shows up everywhere: a proton, a hurricane, a hippocampus, and a galaxy all hold their shape through the same balance of push and pull. Spirals appear in DNA, storms, and memory. Spheres appear in cells, planets, and stars. These aren't coincidences — they're the same small set of geometric states, recurring at every scale, because they're the shapes equilibrium takes when it forms. The Havell Model maps that set: twelve states, from the total absence of structure to full integration, built on the idea that consciousness moves through the same map that matter does.
This isn't only a framework for calming the mind — it's a claim about what reality is built from, and I'd rather you test it against your own experience than take it on faith.
At the center of it is equilibrium: not softness, but real structural balance — a directional push (asymmetry) meeting a stabilizing structure (symmetry) until something durable results. Incoherence isn't a flaw to eliminate; it's the raw material coherence is built from. The model maps how any system — a particle, a planet, a person — moves between the two, without either one needing to disappear.
The training on this site is one application of that map, built on real EEG data. But the map itself is bigger than the practice — it's a way of reading physics, biology, and your own mind as the same architecture.
